70 kilo Diedrich CR-70 Automated Mini-Plant – Loader to Destoner – Used

This is an AMAZING mini-plant that’s AUTOMATED all the way through. It starts at the green been loader after you dump a full bag (70k) into the loader hopper. Click the button on the Diedrich LCD automation panel to load your roaster hopper. One more click will start the entire roasting process – implementing your chosen roast profile, roaster drum doors for entrance and exit, cooler, cooler dump, and even the destoner. All integrated and controlled with the LCD automation panel.
Talk about consistency!!!
This roaster mini-plant is owned by a prominent USA roastery that is in process of relocating and expanding. They’ve got a G120 Probat running in another plant and are duplicating the footprint in the new location. The new G120 Probat is in the process of being installed now during the plant build out.

It’s still in use now but coming to the end of it’s glorious run at current location, ready to repeat at your roastery!
